Julie was very perfessional. My only issue was I would have like to known all the possible inspections that the buyer could have requested. I felt blindsighted by some that were done as I had not been prepared and caused me some anxiety not knowning they could have been expected. I would have liked to have more one on one discussions with Julie vs texting most of the time. I am an older generation and don't text as much as Julie is use to. Felt that should be given consideration. She did well in giving me information as to the listing of my house and she did a great job of getting the word out their that it was up for sale. Having the open house brought the buyer in and was successful in selling my home.

We met Bob a year or so prior to purchasing our house. At the time we were only testing the waters of how buying a house worked, but he never once acted like we were wasting his time and was even game to show us another house in the area same day. When we shocked ourselves by deciding to jump in and put an offer in on one of them he gave his all in impossible circumstances (it was a holiday weekend and we weren't pre-approved) and we never forgot that when we decided we were actually ready to purchase. Any question we had about the purchase process, Bob was ready with an answer and example scenarios. Bob was very quick to reply to book showings for houses we wanted to see. He always came ready with info about each house to answer our questions. He let us have space to look around and was never pushy, we always appreciated that.
